Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026

This Policy explains how AlphaDuo handles information when you use the website, connect or search a wallet, configure wallet tracking, link Telegram, receive alerts, or use beta features.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to AlphaDuo-operated website and bot features. Public blockchain records and third-party services have their own data practices. A wallet address and its public activity may still relate to an identifiable person and are treated carefully.

2. Data we handle

Wallet addresses and public blockchain data

We process wallet addresses you search, connect, verify, or add to a portfolio or watchlist. We retrieve public NFT ownership, transfers, transactions, mint events, market references, and related metadata.

Telegram and alert settings

If you link Telegram, we process the Telegram chat or user identifier required to associate your wallet, save language and delivery preferences, manage alert rules, and send requested messages.

Service and operational data

We may process portfolio labels, tracked addresses, alert preferences, webhook delivery records, timestamps, error details, and security or rate-limit records. Hosting and network providers may process standard request data such as IP address, user agent, and request time.

AlphaDuo never asks for or stores your seed phrase or private key.

3. How we use data

  • Provide wallet analytics, P&L cards, mint signals, wallet tracking, and Telegram alerts.
  • Verify AlphaDuo Genesis NFT access and maintain up to the supported number of managed wallets.
  • Remember settings, prevent duplicate events, apply rate limits, and troubleshoot failures.
  • Protect the service, investigate abuse, and improve reliability during the beta.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to valid requests where applicable.

4. Data sources and service providers

AlphaDuo may exchange limited data with providers needed to operate the service, including blockchain nodes and explorers, Alchemy, OpenSea, Arcscan, CoinGecko, Telegram, Vercel, and Upstash. For example, a wallet address may be sent to an indexing provider to retrieve public holdings, and a Telegram identifier is sent to Telegram to deliver a bot message.

Provider availability and the exact provider mix may change. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy terms.

5. Retention

Cached wallet and market responses are retained for short operational periods. Wallet lists, Telegram links, watchlists, alert settings, delivery history, and security records may be retained while the related beta feature is active or as reasonably needed for operation, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and legal obligations. Beta data may be reset or deleted as the service changes.

Public blockchain records remain available on their networks independently of AlphaDuo and cannot be deleted by us.

6. Sharing and international processing

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to service providers only as needed to run AlphaDuo, or when required to protect users, enforce our terms, comply with law, or respond to a valid legal request. Providers may process data in countries other than your own.

AlphaDuo does not currently use third-party advertising trackers.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect operational data, including access controls, signed requests where applicable, secret verification, rate limits, and restricted provider credentials. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can disconnect your wallet in the interface, remove tracked wallets, change alert settings, mute notifications, or stop using the bot. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information AlphaDuo controls. We may need to verify your wallet or Telegram association before acting on a request.

These rights do not remove public blockchain records or data controlled independently by third-party providers.

9. Children

AlphaDuo is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the beta, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date above will identify the current version.
