Terms of Service
Last updated: July 11, 2026
These Terms govern access to AlphaDuo, including wallet analytics, live mint signals, wallet tracking, Telegram alerts, P&L cards, and experimental Arc Testnet features. By using AlphaDuo, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and comply with the laws that apply to you. If you use AlphaDuo on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
2. Service scope
AlphaDuo presents information derived from public blockchains and third-party data providers. Features may include NFT ownership views, acquisition and sale history, market references, P&L calculations, mint monitoring, wallet watchlists, Telegram delivery, and testnet membership access.
Analytics are informational. Indexing delays, provider outages, chain reorganizations, unsupported marketplaces, missing transactions, and incomplete metadata can make information late, incomplete, or inaccurate.
3. Beta and testnet features
AlphaDuo is an experimental beta. Arc Testnet assets, testnet USDC, and AlphaDuo Genesis NFTs have no guaranteed monetary value.
Testnet contracts and features may be reset, replaced, paused, or removed. Do not send production assets to testnet addresses or rely on testnet availability for financial decisions.
4. Wallets and your responsibilities
You control your wallet, device, credentials, and transaction approvals. AlphaDuo does not custody assets and does not need your seed phrase or private key. You are responsible for reviewing network, contract, recipient, amount, fees, and wallet prompts before signing.
You agree not to misuse AlphaDuo, interfere with the service, evade access controls, scrape it excessively, or use it for unlawful activity.
5. No financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
AlphaDuo does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice. P&L, floor, offer, gas, and USD figures are estimates based on available data and should be independently verified. You are solely responsible for decisions and reporting obligations.
6. Third-party services and links
AlphaDuo may rely on or link to blockchain networks, wallets, explorers, marketplaces, pricing providers, hosting providers, Telegram, X, and other third parties. Their services and terms are separate from ours. AlphaDuo is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or actions.
7. Availability, changes, and access
We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature, data source, eligibility rule, or testnet contract. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
AlphaDuo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AlphaDuo disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service, third-party data, wallet activity, or blockchain events. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the beta evolves. The date above will be updated when material changes are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Contact
